Gopal is a commerce graduate & a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He brings to GNSA 17 years of rich & varied experience with top Indian NBFCs and new generation Pvt Banks in areas of Capital Market & Retail Banking operations. Gopal leverages on his networking skills in the Industry to drive Strategy and Business  development initiatives. Besides this he also handles Human Capital & drives Service Delivery in the Banking Domain.

Sundar N Sharma - Director

Sundar is a commerce graduate & a Cost Accountant (AICWA). He has been with GNSA for the last 14 years & has been instrumental in bringing GNSA to its current position. He brings to the table a combination of functional and technical expertise which is critical to handling high end migrations and driving service delivery in emerging domains. Besides this he also handles Technology and Financial Support Services.

N Krishnakumar - Director

KK holds a degree in Corporate Secretaryship and brings to the table at least 2 decades of vast experience in transaction processing in the accounting domain acquired over the years at GNSA by managing the floor. He drives service delivery in this accounting domain.

N Sundaramurthy - Asst. Gen. Manager - Migrations.

A commerce graduate with a masters in business administration, Murthy has vast experience & expertise in Finance & Accounts having worked in this domain for more than a decade with multinational manufacturing companies. At GNSA, over the last 5-6 years Murthy has further honed his expertise in the Banking domain  as well. His penchant for process reengineering & automation has ensured successful migration of many new business initiatives. He currently drives all our migration efforts and is a critical member of the leadership team.

Charles A- Asst. Gen. Manager – Liability, Cards & MF operations. 

Charles brings to the table domain expertise in Banking operations especially liabilities having worked with HOPE (HSBC’s operations arm)  in this area. Over the last 4-5 years at GNSA he has acquired immense exposure in areas of Customer Care, Cards & MF Operations. His ability to articulate, present & analyse issues has now put him at the helm of the entire unit. 

Narayan V- Senior Manager - Premises, Infrastructure & Human Capital 

A commerce graduate with more that 2 decades of experience with Public & Private Sector Banks, Narayan brings to GNSA a complete understanding of Human Resources & Infrastructure requirements needed to run a Banking BPO. He heads the HR & facilities functions at GNSA and has been instrumental in setting up our current infrastructure across 3 cities.

Rajesh. M - Senior Manager – Business Development.

Rajesh is a graduate in business administration and heads business development at GNSA. He brings to the table wide experience (more than 10 years) in managing Collections, Analytics, Mortgage Operations and Expense processing, having worked with HDFC Bank & TCS e-Serve.
